A lot of fear with hiring a freelancer is about communication - how often you'll hear from them, if they'll use AI without your knowledge, or if they'll ask you before doing impactful things and forcing you to redo their work.
So here's how I run projects:
You know what's included, what isn't, and what it costs before you agree to it. We're both on the same page about expectations, processes, and next steps. No surprise invoices.
You'll hear from me on a schedule we agree on, and I'll be available during business hours if anything comes up.
When decisions have to be made, I'll bring you options and a recommendation with the reasoning behind it.

AI is not without controversy, and not right for every situation or brand. You deserve the choice of whether it's used with your projects or setups.
If you'd rather it not be involved at all, that's no problem.
If you do allow its use, limits would be in writing, and anything it touches would be reviewed for quality, accuracy, and tone, meaning no AI slop. No image or video generation either.
We'd discuss your business: the goals you have in mind for it, the problems you're facing, and what would be more ideal. Then we'd talk solutions that could make it happen.

5-Hour Trial: $175
If you like how the trial goes, we talk about what an ongoing ideal arrangement would look like. I'd work up an initial package offer, and we'd go from there. There's no obligation either way.
A discovery call is only a half hour, it's free, and there's no obligation on the other side of it. Worst case, you get an outside perspective on what's might help your business.
Do you have experience in my industry?
I've worked with a variety of industries, including medical field, sign manufacturing, hobbyist acrylic lasering, nonprofit organizations, and promotional product sourcing. Regardless of what industry you're a part of, I learn quickly, am straightforward in what I know and what I'd have to learn, and am committed to delivering quality results for my clients.
How long will it take to complete my project?
The timeline of each project will vary depending on the scope of work and any additional requests or changes that may occur throughout the project. Generally speaking, though, after discussing your needs further, we’ll be able to give you an estimated timeline so you can plan accordingly.
How can I check the status of my project?
I'll give updates based on a schedule we agree to, and I can be contacted at any time during business hours.
How is payment handled?
Payments would need to be made before work starts (for the 5 Hour Paid Trial) and monthly in advance (for Ongoing Work).
If we do decide on ongoing work, would I be stuck in a contract?
Nope! An Ongoing Contract would be month-to-month. Either of us could decide to end the arrangement, just after giving the other a one-month notice.
Do unused monthly hours roll over to the next month?
